As the pride of the Caribbean, The Yacht Club atPort de Plaisance stands ready to provide an always-reliable Yacht Club tender to greet your vessel when you arrive at the bridge to provide safe passage from bridge to your berth. After the vessel is safely docked our capable and courteous dock attendants will assist with securing lines and shore power connections.
Customs and Immigration
The Experienced Yacht Club at Port de Plaisance personnel provide port clearance services, to expedite your arrival or departure from Sint Maarten and ensure that your vessel, crew, and passengers are in compliance with all applicable immigration, customs and harbor regulations.
Safety and Security
Nestled within Simpson Bay Lagoon, The Yacht Club at Port de Plaisance can be accessed through Simpson Bay’s protected inland waterway via the Simpson Bay Bridge (from the Dutch Side) or for smaller vessels through Marigot Bay via the Sandy Ground Bridge (from the French Side). The Simpson Bay Lagoon entrance channel maintains a controlled depth of 17 feet and is monitored by the Simpson Bay Lagoon Authority.
Privacy
Due to the caliber of luxury yachts that frequent the Yacht Club, owners and captains are often reluctant to publicize their itinerary and compromise the privacy or safety of their guests. With this in mind, our personnel are trained to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality comparable to the most upscale resorts, and to refrain from indiscriminately divulging guest identities or vessel names whenever possible. As a result, the Yacht Club has earned a loyal following of yacht owners and captains worldwide.

DOCKAGE PERKS
As the Caribbean’s most elegant mixed-use marina, The Yacht Club at Port de Plaisance is a professionally-managed full service facility with 90 slips for sail and motor-powered vessels from 40′ to 260′ LOA, with drafts up to 16′. Nearly half of the marinas alongside and Mediterranean-style berths are configured to accommodate mega-yachts. As you dock with us, line handlers stand at the dock, ready to catch the lines and tie your vessel securely to the docks. This includes tender assistance when docking, along with tender dockage.

The Yacht Club at Port de Plaisance has been established as one of the Caribbean’s premiere service centers for professionally-crewed yachts. Should you require transportation in any capacity, the Yacht Club is happy to help. Here we offer a wide range of options, no matter the occasion. Options include:

- Airport-to-marina transfers for passengers or tax-free freight
- Taxi services, both regular and VIP. With VIP you and your guests are picked up in a luxury van.
PICK UP AND DELIVERIES
In an effort to make your stay with us as productive as possible, we offer pick-up, mailing, postage, and parcel delivery services (including companies such a Postal, Courier, DHL, FedEx). Also, for those dealing with large or heavy deliveries, our facility offers crane services so when your deliveries arrive they can been easily transported onto your vessel, hassle free.
LAUNDRY SERVICES
Laundry services are available via a neighboring laundromat company with pickup and delivery service to your vessel upon request. To learn more, please contact our front desk.
CONTAINER RENTALS
To make your stay more convenient, we rent out container space in both 20ft and 40ft storage containers. This is often used to store items such as a vessel’s mass, sail, gears, or spare parts.
For the convenience of our guests, The Yacht Club at Port de Plaisance provides a marina office facility at our North Marina (near the Princess Port de Plaisance Hotel) location. Marina Office open daily, seven days a week.
